Anxiety is just like any of the other emotions that do not serve us yet we allow to run our lives. We identify with our thoughts and emotions as if they shape and contribute who we are.

When we feel a strong sense of emotion often we lose control of our mind and our body, feeling completely consumed and helpless.

This course is taking a deeper dive into releasing your anxiety using natural approaches, with the main focus being mastering your thoughts and bringing intense awareness to our thoughts and our internal state.

What I expect from you…

  • A willingness to show up and participate. This course is not live, so it's up to you set time aside and make the commitment.

  • A strong desire to put in the work and make living anxiety free a reality.

  • A commitment to your own personal growth and facing your mind and your pain.

  • It's your personal responsibility to make this commitment to yourself. I will act as your teacher and guide, but the work is ultimately up to you.

Journal prompts and a guided meditation will be provided. However, this is an integrative course — which means that the majority of time and focus will be spent shifting your day-to-day habits, rather than on long periods of “homework time.”

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THIS WORKSHOP...

This is meant to be done over the course of five days but it can be done in one day, with the practices learned applied daily.

Expect to spend about 20-60 minutes per day that you do the workshop, watching the lessons, doing the journal prompts and listening to the guided mediations. 

Journal prompts and a guided meditation will be provided. However, this is an integrative course — which means that the majority of time and focus will be spent shifting your day-to-day habits, rather than on long periods of “homework time.”

At the end of this course, you will have the tools and resources needed to manage your anxiety naturally, with a new focus put on strengthening and contouring your thoughts.
